” We had a great stay at The Moorings. We all thought that the house was beautifully decorated with lots of lovely things around and we felt very comfortable there. The location of the house was perfect for us” recent guest.
“The Mooring’s provided the perfect escape. Stunning sea views from all three floors, enclosed garden and easy access to the beach was perfect for the dogs. The log burner was perfect for chilly evenings and the roll top bath provided ultimate relaxation. Padstow was close for shops and restaurants and the neighbours were incredibly friendly. Emma and Harriet have created a wonderful home away from home and we were all grateful. Thank you. I would thoroughly recommend staying at The Moorings and will be booking again for next year.” Paula

“Wow! Such a remarkable hidden gem. Attention to detail is impeccable. Beautiful, modern, pristine and nothing to want for with all the added delights. The garden was ideal for our pooches and the sound of nature was nothing short of heaven. We spent lazy sunny mornings in the garden, afternoons exploring walking and swimming amongst the crowds of the summer season and so to return here in the evening was simply bliss! “We could not believe our luck, to find such an amazing place to stay at short notice, so we could extend our Cornwall break. The cabin had everything we needed and more. The cream tea was enjoyable and appreciated, as was the Cornish Tea (loved the different beach mugs too). The paddock is a fantastic space, we had a great time with our collie dog, kicking the ball about. As the evenings drew to a close, we relaxed in the outside seating area. The fairy lights and candles gave it a magical ambience, and our Collie settled happily in the provided dog bed. Lovely to have met you Kevin and thank you to you both for sharing this little piece of Cornish heaven. We look forward to returning. “Lovely job done, took 2 days and included repairing several areas of floorboards before sanding and finishing both that and 2 other rooms. A very tidy and professional worker, fulfilled the brief exactly and would hire him again. “We had the loveliest stay at sunny lodge, it was beautifully clean and everything felt of lovely quality (bed linen, towels etc) my husband and I were very impressed with the effort Lucy has put into her lodge. The views of the fields were beautiful and quiet and the lodge itself felt huge! By far the best lodge we’ve ever stayed. Thank for having us hopefully we’ll be back in the future!” Victoria
“We loved our stay at Lucy’s lodge. The location was so peaceful yet only a 10 minute walk to the beach. A lovely local shop next to the beach, selling supplies and pasties! The chalet was very well equipped, everything you need in a kitchen. Decor was lovely and furniture comfortable. We went to MacDonald’s Farm one evening, 10 minute walk up the road, for a live band and food, very nice. We visited a few local beaches, so many to choose from all within 20 minute drive. I would recommend staying here, beautiful part of Cornwall” Gayle
“We stayed at Seaview for a second time and loved it again! A prefect location, right next to Porthcothan beach (and others are within easy reach). The coast path is right on the door step for exploring. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants close by in Mawgan Porth, st Merryn and Padstow, but the accommodation itself is a lovely place to enjoy meals looking out to the sea on one side and the countryside on the other. Lucy and Rich are excellent hosts. We’ll be back again for sure!” Ross

“A beautiful, seaside caravan. Run by a lovely couple in the picturesque Cornwall. Stones throw from porthcothen – walk or drive. Caravan has all you could need amenities as well as a green garden for dogs. Will absolutely be coming again!” Clare

“My family and I had a fantastic week in the driftwood bungalow it really was home from home with every thing you could possible need. Ideal for exploring Cornwall and had all the creator comforts to relax on your return after a busy day. The site itself is just enough with 2 bars a play area and a small arcade as well as the enclosed dog walking area ideal for our 6 month old puppy to make new friends. I will be highly recommending the accommodation and will hopefully be returning. Sally and Stef (the owners) are so friendly and are close by if needed and keep this accommodation immaculate, 10/10 to them and their beautiful bungalow with a beautiful enclosed out door space. Thank you for such an amazing stay”
“We had a wonderful stay. The house was just beautiful and had everything we needed. Views from the house were also beautiful and it felt very private and peaceful! Incredibly comfortable beds and lovely touches around the place. Amazing showers and the morning sunshine in the garden was wonderful! Danielle was lovely and friendly and really helpful with tips on things to do, walks and restaurants! Gorgeous walk along the coast into Padstow (40 mins) which was a great leg stretch for us all and the dog! We cant wait to go back next year, it was a really special find and some great memories made! Thanks for a lovely stay”
