Welcome to K13 our 2023 Abi Arizona premier 3 bedroom 8 berth holiday caravan located at the popular family and dog friendly Seven Bays Park in St Merryn, just minutes from the seaside in the wonderful Seven Bays in Cornwall.
The caravan is lovely and light and spacious with everything supplied for your perfect family holiday in Cornwall. Seven Bays Park is in the perfect location as it is just a few minutes drive from the seven gorgeous beaches of the Seven Bays, 2 minutes drive to the village of St Merryn and around 5 minutes to the popular town of Padstow.
You are also within walking distance from ‘The Venue’ which has regular entertainment, a bar and restaurant and also Beaches which is an onsite bar and restaurant/takeaway. There is a launderette and plenty of open spaces and play areas for the children with free tennis courts and a dog walking field available at the edge of the park. (There is sometimes a fish and chip van onsite on a Monday but this is not always available, but if it is -its around 4/5pm by reception)
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a well fitted roomy kitchen with all the necessary pots and pans and a large comfortable corner sofa (with sofa bed) in the living area with TV, central heating and Wifi throughout.
Outside you have a fully enclosed decked area which is perfect for enjoying a sundowner at the end of the day and there is private parking alongside.
We accommodate up to 6/8 guests in three bedrooms and there is a sofa bed in the lounge – please get in touch if you are a group larger than 6 people.
FYI: Your beds will be made up for you on arrival and this is included in your booking – please remember to bring your towels/pool towels with you. A little welcome pack on arrival inc: Tea coffee sugar, sauces salt pepper, T-towels, extra toilet rolls, all the things you usually forget 😉
We accept 1 well behaved dog by prior arrangement but they are not allowed to go on the furniture or in the bedrooms and park rules apply.
Strictly no smoking/vaping or charging of electrical vehicles in the caravan thank you.

Our regular change over day is Saturday but happy to accommodate other dates out of peak weeks, just get in touch and we will help if we can.
There is a non refundable £100 deposit to secure your booking and the balance is due on or before 8 weeks prior to arrival. I am sorry but there are no refunds/cancellations once confirmed.
