We have put together a list of the questions that we get asked on a regular basis from guests, if your question is not covered, please contact us and we will answer any queries you may have.

Frequently asked questions from Guests...

NO – We do not own any of the holiday rentals advertised on this website.

No – there are no hidden fees or additional costs to you the Guest.

However, the owner does have the option to set an additional charge for example a cleaning fee, pet fee etc.. All payments are made directly from you the guest to the owner.

There are various ways to search for your perfect holiday – but once you have found it here is how to book:

  • Select your dates, enter number of guests and remember to add your email and contact number. Select your dates from the calendar. You can add a message to the owner if required and press Make an Enquiry 
  • This sends a notification to the owner of the holiday rental and they will respond directly to you via email. 
  • Everything from this point is worked out between you the guest and the owner including payment and all other booking terms and conditions.
  • You will always be able to contact the owner directly at any time throughout the process.
  • Seven Bays Holidays takes no part in the actual booking or payment process.

Every booking payment that is accepted via the website is paid direct to the owner.

No we do not offer any insurance as we do not own any of the holiday rentals listed on this website. 

Yes we do! Owners of holiday rentals in and around the Seven Bays area add details of their Static caravan, lodge, chalet, apartment or house including all contact information in our Holiday rentals FOR SALE category.

Sadly there are never any guarantees to this question… However we do do every thing possible to make searching for and booking your holiday rental as straight forward as possible. We do not own any of the holiday rentals or operate any of the holiday parks so we are unable to guarantee any aspect of your holiday in this circumstance. When you make a booking or enquiry via this website it goes directly to the holiday rental owner. Seven Bays Holidays has absolutely no part of the booking. It is a totally private matter between you and the holiday rental owner.  Please see our full terms and conditions for further information. If you need to submit a complaint about a holiday rental that is advertised on this website please get in touch with us using the Contact details provided.

Each holiday rental owner will have set out their own rental preferences and park rules where applicable.

We only list holiday rentals that have been owner verified. This however is never 100% guarantee and sadly as with any online business there will always be people who are looking to abuse this. If you have any concerns at all we encourage you as a guest to contact the owner and ask for a contact number and talk to them about your concerns.

The reference to Groups generally applies to people wanting to stay on a holiday park. Most holiday parks in the UK do not allow single sex groups to occupy a rental as this is aimed at deterring stag/hen/larger parties. This rule does not prevent same sex couples from hiring a holiday rental but do please contact the person advertising the rental and ask about your personal circumstances and they will be happy to give you clarification on your individual situation.

On every listing it is mandatory to input the owner’s cancellation policy. If you have any questions or queries about your holiday booking you must get in touch with the owner directly. Seven bays holidays is not responsible for any problems that occur directly between guests and owners regarding bookings. We do encourage everyone to communicate at all times as most situations can be sorted easily and swiftly as long as communication is maintained.
