We have put together a useful list of FAQ that we get asked on a regular basis from guests.
If your question is not covered, please contact us and we will be happy to answer any queries you may have. Â
NO – We do not own any of the holiday rentals advertised on this website they are all privately owned or managed individually.Â
No – there are no hidden fees or additional costs to you the Guest.
However, the owner does have the option to set an additional charge for example a cleaning fee, pet fee etc.. All payments are made directly from you the guest to the owner.
There are various ways to search for your perfect holiday – here are a few tips.
- Use the Search bar on the home page – enter location, dates and how many guests.
- To search the whole website do not select the above and press Search and everything will be displayed.
- Choose/click on an accommodation category eg: holiday home or camping etc
- Use the drop down menus from the main navigation bar.
- You can also filter your search using the Advanced Search filters available.
Once you have found your perfect place here is how to book:
- In the MAKE AN ENQUIRY section: select your dates, enter the number of guests and remember to add your email and contact number. You can add a message to the owner if required and press Make an EnquiryÂ
- This sends a notification to the owner of the holiday rental and they will respond directly to you via email.Â
- Everything from this point is worked out between you – the guest – and the owner, including payment and all other booking terms and conditions.
- You will always be able to contact the owner directly at any time throughout the process.

No we do not offer any insurance as we do not own any of the holiday rentals listed on this website.Â
Yes we do! Owners of holiday rentals in and around the Seven Bays area add details of their Static caravan, lodge, chalet, apartment or house including all contact information in our Holiday rentals FOR SALE category.
Each holiday rental owner will have set out their own rental preferences and park rules where applicable.
We only list holiday rentals that have been owner verified. This however is never 100% guarantee and sadly as with any online business there will always be people who are looking to abuse this. If you have any concerns at all we encourage you as a guest to contact the owner and ask for a contact number and talk to them about your concerns.Â

On every listing it is mandatory to input the owner’s cancellation policy. If you have any questions or queries about your holiday booking you must get in touch with the owner directly. Seven bays holidays is not responsible for any problems that occur directly between guests and owners regarding bookings. We do encourage everyone to communicate at all times as most situations can be sorted easily and swiftly as long as communication is maintained.
