‘Engollan’ Three bedroom two bathroom family & dog friendly bungalow in St Merryn village

We bought Engollan just over ten years ago to continue a family tradition of holidays in the Seven Bays area and are pleased to be able to share the bungalow with guests, friends and family. The property is just 100m from the crossroads in the centre of St Merryn so shops, pubs and restaurants are literally just around the corner and the 7 beaches of the Seven Bays are all within easy reach.

Engollan has three bedrooms (one king size en suite, one double and one twin) and the family bathroom has a shower over the L shaped bath. At the rear of the house (accessed by one step down) is the large open plan living area which has floor to ceiling windows leading into the garden plus a log burner and under floor heating for those chillier days. We also have unlimited high speed WiFi.

The well equipped KITCHEN area has a double electric oven with an induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, wine cooler and marble topped island. The adjacent DINING area has a large oak table for family dining.

In the LIVING area there are two large sofas, a smart TV, DVD player and bluetooth speaker. We have plenty of books, games and DVDs for you to use.

OUTSIDE there is off road parking for 3 cars and a sunny enclosed rear garden with a shed for your beach gear and wet suits. There is plenty of garden furniture including dining tables, slate benches, deckchairs and Adhirondack chairs plus some outdoor games and a charcoal BBQ.

We welcome one medium sized well behaved dog but can accommodate more / bigger breeds by prior arrangement. Bed linen and towels are included in the standard prices but we offer a discount if you prefer tp bring your own.

CHANGEOVER DAY IS FRIDAY AND WE USUALLY ONLY ACCEPT 7/14 DAY BOOKINGS – we may consider shorter stays (minimum 4 days) in the low season or last minute – please contact us for details.
