The location:
In a perfect and desirable location of Cornwall, it is close to good range of local shops, beaches, a sailing school and access to passenger ferry over to lively Padstow with it’s abundance of shops and places to eat.

Surfing hire/tuition at Polzeath with good places to eat and shop. Lovely coastal walks and fine dining in the area (Paul Ainsworth, Nathan Outlaw & Rick Stein). Port Isaac for Doc Martin fans and historic Tintagel a short drive away.
