Welcome to our 3 bedroom 35 x 12 Willerby Vacation caravan that is situated close to St Merryn near Padstow in the 7 Bays area of North Cornwall.
The caravan has 2 double bedrooms and one twin.
There is a shower room with a large shower and washbasin. A separate toilet and wash basin.
The large bright living area has a large corner sofa, a circular dining table including sofa seating and 2 stools.
The kitchen contains a gas cooker including 4 gas ri ngs and grill, a microwave, kettle, toaster and under. Counter fridge with ice box.
There are books, puzzles and board games along with local maps and Cornish books.
All gas, water and electric is
included.
Outside there is a large fully enclosed decking area with table and chairs plus a small private, sunny enclosed garden at the back with a bistro set. The decking area faces South West.
Off road parking for 2 cars beside the caravan.

We are dog friendly and are happy for you to bring one small dog.
Please be aware dogs must be kept on leads at all times in the park and are never allowed to be left unattended in the caravan or decking/garden area at any time.
