Just a heads up… January is always the busiest month for enquiries and it starts on Boxing Day!!

Get ready to accept enquiries and find just 15 minutes to check and update your listing – because it could be the most beneficial 15 minutes that you spend all year!!

At Seven Bays Holidays we like to look after you and we have provided everything needed to help you manage your listing in order to help you maximise your advertising with us. 

Here’s a quick run down of the key points:

• AVAILABILITY/CALENDARS: Essential for keeping your availability updated and visible to guests. It’s really easy to keep up to date using our handy guides for adding manually or adding an iCal link to another platform like Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo.
• PRICING: Again, key to helping a guest decide to book with you and not someone else. See our guide, it’s easier than you think 😉
• IMAGES: Take a quick look at your listing from a guest’s perspective, would you book…? Make sure that your images stand out. If you have not updated in a while or you have made some changes, make sure you add them or just shuffle to attract interest using our guide – scrolling down to Add Media. Good pictures sell!!
• HELP WITH ADMIN:  We have compiled a series of email templates for you to use/copy/adapt to help you with keeping up with all your admin.
• REVIEWS & TESTIMONIALS: This was a brilliant new addition to the website this year. If you want to add your latest review then send over in an email and we will happily add for you.
