Add/Cancel/Edit a manual booking

A GUIDE TO LOGGING IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT TO EDIT YOUR LISTING
and how to manually add, cancel or edit a booking.
Below is how to log in/edit your listing using a smartphone.
For desktop log in: go to ‘Log in’ at the top right corner of the screen.

Below is the text version of the above and some handy User Tips
- Log into your profile and go to my listings and select edit
- Go to Calendar
- Click on the start and end date of the booking dates required and a box will come up titled: Reserve a period.
- Enter all the booking details related in Your Notes
- In this section it is advisable to add as many details as possible regarding the booking – YOUR NOTES CANNOT BE EDITED ONCE YOU HAVE PRESSED THE BOOK PERIOD BUTTON
- Press book period when you are happy you have entered all of the necessary details.
- your listing will automatically show as booked for these dates on your listing and the details will show in My Bookings on your dashboard.
- Please use the above description to block off any required dates and add ‘Owner booking/unavailable’ to Your Notes and press Book Period.
- These will also now be visible in My Bookings and show as booked on your listing.
There are two methods for this:
- Log into your profile and go to my listings and press edit
- Go to Price scroll down to Price adjustments and underneath you will see a table of all bookings entered.
- On the right hand side you will see Delete Period – select to delete the booking.
Or you can use this method:
- go to my bookings
- Scroll down to the relevant dates/booking and press cancel booking (you will receive an email notifying you you have cancelled your own booking)
- Go to price and re-enter pricing etc. and it will now show on your listing as available.
Unfortunately you are currently unable to edit a booking once you have added to the site in Your Notes and pressed Book Period. This is something that we hope to improve going forwards and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
You would need to cancel the booking and re book it manually and add any details required and press book period.
