Add iCal to your listing
The iCal feature is a way to synchronize your listing reservation data with these websites; Airbnb, Booking.com and Homeaway.
If you want to list your holiday rental on Seven Bays Holidays as well as other platforms to maximize their exposure – then iCal is exactly what you need to be able to do this.
Here is a handy step by step guide to help you log in and add iCal to your listing and also to import from other platforms.
Once you are logged into your account use the User menu to navigate to Calendar
You will need to log into your owner account for Airbnb, Booking.com and Homeaway to copy and paste the url to transfer to your Seven Bays Holidays listing and vice versa.
Once added this keeps your listing availability updated automatically for you and updates every 3 hours on average. You can add up to 3 iCal calendar feeds to your listing. Remember to click Save.

- Log onto your profile and go to my listings (published listings only)
- Go to edit property
- Go to your calendar where you will see the export/import options
- To export your calendar data scroll down and you will see: This is the listing iCalendar feed to export : copy the url (eg: https://wprentals.org/ical-feed-export/?ical=763310533de8d2e03fe564b0693bcc344) and paste it into the 3rd party website.
- To Import In the calendar section, you need to copy and paste the external feed of the iCalendar from the 3rd party website. Once you press save the first synchronization is made and the data will be imported.
- There is a cron job that will automatically check the feed every 3h hours for new info. If you wish to manually trigger the synchronisation press save to refresh and update.
- You can add up to 3 feeds. To do this use the Add new feed button and repeat the process for every iCal you wish to add.
