Our 3 bedroom pet free ‘home from home’ lodge is a Tingdene Hayden Classic 36 x 20 Holiday Home. There is UPVC double glazing throughout with full LPG Gas central heating and is based just a few miles from the North Cornwall coast and a 5 minute drive from Padstow. You are always just a stones throw from the well known seven beaches in the beautiful Seven Bays area in Cornwall.

St Merryn Park (previously known as St Merryn Holiday Village) is situated just a couple of miles from the popular estuary town of Padstow, noted for its busy harbour, celebrated sea-food restaurants and ‘Obby Oss’ festival. Coastal walks, watersports, cycle trails and golf courses are all close by and you are well within easy reach of the main A30 route to Newquay and Wadebridge etc…

About the accommodation:
Trethias Lodge sleeps 5 people in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a single bed.
There is a comfortable and spacious lounge/diner with a TV and DVD player. a table and chairs and a feature coal effect fireplace,
The kitchen is fully fitted to include washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave and everything needed for your holiday.
The family bathroom can be accessed from the hallway and has a bath, sink and wc.
There is a private driveway and gardens to the front, side and rear which is mainly gravelled with a patio area and barbecue where you can sit and enjoy the sunshine while you plan your next days activities.

Duvets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own pillowcases, sheets, duvet covers, towels and tea towels.

Charging of electrical vehicles is strictly prohibited.
