‘The Cosy Coastal Van’ K09 for hire on Seven Bays Park in Cornwall

Welcome to ‘K09’ The Cosy Coastal Van – our beautiful family owned static caravan based in North Cornwall on Seven Bays Park in St Merryn near Padstow available for Holiday Hire.

‘K09’ has two bedrooms, one king, one twin with a sofa bed and a lovely bright spacious interior. Free Wifi throughout and a wonderful enclosed wrap around decking area with rattan seating.
There is also a private enclosed south facing garden area with additional seating of a bench and garden chairs to use.

Private parking is alongside the van.

Seven Bays Park is the perfect location as it is just a few minutes’ drive from the seven gorgeous beaches of the Seven Bays, 2 minutes’ drive to the village of St Merryn and around 8 minutes’ drive to the popular town of Padstow.

You are within walking distance from ‘The Venue’ which has regular entertainment, a bar and restaurant and also ‘Beaches’ which is an onsite bar and restaurant/takeaway (opening times can vary for season). There is a launderette on site and plenty of open spaces and play areas for the children with free tennis courts available at the edge of the park. Along with an enclosed field for dog walking.

Seven Bays Park is a quiet, family orientated park and is perfect if you are looking for a fab location where you can either relax and chill out or explore everything that is on your doorstep…

The accommodation:

As you enter there is a well equipped Kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, Air fryer, Coffee pod machine and an integrated fridge freezer. toaster and kettle and all the necessary pots and pans.

This then leads into an open plan spacious and light living and dining room with a dining table, leather sofa bed, 2 comfy armchairs and a large Smart TV. Games, books and DVD’s for our guests to use whilst staying.

There are large French doors leading onto PVC decking and wrap around walk way, all with PVC railings gated at the end making it safe for children and dogs.

Bedroom one is lovely and roomy with a king size bed, en suite toilet and sink, seating area by the window, dressing table and plenty of storage as well as a wall mounted Smart TV.

The second bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together to make one double bed if required, above cupboards and a single wardrobe and a wall mounted Smart tv.

There is a good sized family Shower room with toilet and basin.

Outside:
As well as the spacious decking there is a lovely enclosed grassed area beyond with a garden bench to catch the sun aswell as garden chairs.

Private parking space next to the caravan.

What’s included in your stay and booking T’s & C’s:

We provide all bed linen in your stay however we do not supply towels/beach towels so you will need to bring those with you for your stay.
We do provide a bath mat and hand towel plus tea towels and a basic cleaning pack for your stay under the sink.

2 x very well behaved dogs are welcome as long as they are over 1 years old and you are happy to stick to the park rules – Please get in touch before booking thank you.

Our regular change over day is Saturday and out of peak weeks its a minimum 3 day stay, but we are happy to accommodate other dates if we can, so please get in touch and we will be happy to try and help you out.

There is a non-refundable £100 deposit to secure your booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival which is paid via bank transfer – we always confirm safe receipt of any payment for everyone’s peace of mind and sorry but there are no refunds/cancellations once confirmed.

There is also a (fully refundable) security deposit of £75 which is returned to you on your day of departure after our cleaner has been in and checked the caravan.
