Welcome to our stunning, modern and comfortable holiday lodge set in a quiet position on St Merryn Park. With easy access to the famous Seven Bays featuring beautiful sandy bays and stunning scenery and local walks.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and bedroom two has a Super king bed that can be made into twin beds on request and ensuite shower and toilet.
The welcoming entrance Hall has space for coats shoes dog leads etc
leading onto a modern open plan Kitchen, Living & Dining area with table and chairs. A HDTV & DVD player with large comfortable sofas are in the lounge area with large patio doors leading onto a decked area.
A Separate small utility room with dog shower (medium size dog max) & washing machine for your convenience.
Outside:
The deck area has plenty of seating and enjoys evening sunshine or morning coffee and a sunny large secure back garden with patio. There is also a shed for bicycle or boards storage.
You are just a 4 minutes drive from St Merryn village which has an array of local shops and places to eat and drink – Please see the website’s local services category for more information on what is available locally. There is a local well stocked Shop, Bar, tennis courts all on site and you are just a 10 minute drive from Padstow.
1 pet is allowed £15 min charge. More pets on request
THERE IS NO WIFI.
Deck and secure back garden with patio and BBQ.
Shed and outside tap for muddy sandy dogs and sandy wetsuits boards etc.
Please keep pets off the furniture and beds.
No cots or high chairs- listing not suitable for under 2yrs.
The booking price is based on 2 person occupancy and only the superking will be made up. An extra charge of £20 is made for linen if both beds are requested to be made up based on 2 person occupancy.
More than 2 people coming- the supplement is £10 pppn.
Steps to front door otherwise all on one floor.
Parking for 2 cars.
Other things to note
The area around the lodge is not fully landscaped so the view is not that pretty, see photos but lodge garden is complete and I think very pretty!

Please clear up your dog mess.
If extra cleaning is required as a result of the dogs being allowed on the furniture etc an additional charge may be made.
Charging of electric vehicles via an extension lead is not allowed. It is a fire risk. There are plenty of charging points locally. Tescos Padstow and Wadebridge and Padstow Service Station all have charging points.
Please consider the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10.30pm.
No extra guests.

Hi, I am a freelance personal trainer and Pilates instructor, so getting time off is easy in one sense but tricky from the loss of earnings point of view! I have always loved travelling and now I’m a bit older (only a bit) and the kids are grown its time to spread my wings again. I relocated to Cornwall in 2018, taking a career break and enjoying life!
