‘St Minver Coastal Retreat’ is a stunning, spacious, modern 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom holiday home located on the 5 star St Minver Holiday Park, tucked away in ‘Squirrel Way’…

Just across the Camel Estuary with Padstow on one side and Rock on the other, wonderful park facilities, surrounded in countryside with scenic walks from your door and close to several local beaches and the Seven Bays area of Cornwall.

PLEASE NOTE THIS CARAVAN HAS JUST BEEN PURCHASED AND THERE IS A BRAND NEW ENCLOSED DECKING TO BE ADDED TO THE FRONT – MORE PICTURES TO FOLLOW ONCE COMPLETED ON 30TH APRIL.

Sited on a larger than average corner plot with just the trees and the birds around you, this really is the best of both worlds… Just a few steps away from everything this wonderful park has to offer including an indoor heated pool, sauna, shops, entertainment, restaurant, take away and plenty of lovely local walks from your door.

The caravan is only 7 years old so offers all of the modern day comforts required including WiFi, a large smart TV, gas central heating, full size fridge freezer, double glazing and sliding patio doors opening at the front to a newly fitted decking which is due to be added shortly!!

There is also a brand new washing machine for my guests use only to help make your stay even easier 🙂

Plenty of space inside for up to 4 guests (and an infant) and outside there are plenty of grassed areas all around the caravan and ample parking alongside.

The master bedroom is much larger than most with a comfortable king size bed, ample storage, an ensuite and views to the rear of the trees and a little stream.

The second bedroom has 2 full size beds and storage with views again to the side of the trees and the stream.

There is an ensuite WC to the master bedroom and a spacious family bathroom with a double shower enclosure and more storage and heated towel rails in both.

The beautiful kitchen has everything needed to make family meals including a full size fridge/freezer, gas hob and oven, air fryer, microwave double toaster plus all the necessary utensils and most importantly wine glasses for that sundowner on the decking!

Or you can eat in the restaurant onsite or use their take away services or eat out at any of the local eateries. There is also a selection of lovely country pubs and restaurants close by or why not grab the water ferry over to Padstow’s foodie heaven!

The Park:
Parkdean Resorts St. Minver Holiday Park is a 5 star park and is sited in the lovely wooded grounds of an old manor house in Wadebridge in North Cornwall.

On site facilities include: a large indoor pool, sauna, indoor and outdoor seating area, a launderette, shop, children’s play area, pool table, crazy golf and a pizza and steakhouse restaurant (serving Costa coffee) with a bar, free public Wi-Fi and takeaway food. There is also an amusement arcade and a show bar entertainment club on site too, which offers plenty for all ages. 

Park Hub passes are required by all guests for the swimming, entertainment and kids’ clubs, and can be purchased from the reception area. These are the prices for 2026:

OFF PEAK- £8.50 for 6 days or less and £9.50 for over 6 days. Under 2’s up to 10 – FREE
PEAK- £15 for 6 days or less and £16.50 over 6 days. Under 2’s up to 10 – FREE.

The location:
There are plenty of lovely walks in and around the grounds and if you go through ‘the secret door’ you are just a few steps to a beautiful country pub in the village of St. Minver, plus so many lovely country lane walks – if you have the energy you can walk or run to Port Quinn or Polzeath!!

Pityme and Rock are also within striking distance and nearby are a couple of golf courses and around a 10 minute drive to the local beaches. Daymer Bay, where you’ll find calmer waters for swimming and windsurfing and Polzeath Beach (no dogs) which is well-known for its surfing. Both beaches have car parks and Polzeath offers surfing lessons and surfing equipment for hire.

The local town of Wadebridge has 4 supermarkets (Tesco, Aldi, Co-Op and Lidl), a wide variety of independent shops, a small cinema, restaurants, cafés and local leisure facilities. It is also the main base for the Camel Cycle Trail that runs between Bodmin and Padstow all just a few miles away.

We operate on a Saturday to Saturday in peak weeks but happy to offer shorter (or longer) stays out of these times, just get in touch and I will be more than happy to look at this for you 🙂

There is a non refundable deposit of £100 payable to secure your stay and the balance will then be due within 8 weeks prior to arrival with all payments made online and confirmed on receipt for your records.
