‘No4 Piran View’ is a stunning family and dog-friendly Luxury Holiday Lodge situated in a wonderful location just outside the harbour town of Padstow in Cornwall, on the 5 star Padstow Holiday Village.
The perfect place to unwind and relax with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern fully fitted kitchen, stunning countryside views and private parking for two cars. There is also a spacious, furnished decked area with BBQ and a garden as well as an on-site shop, children’s play area, outdoor showers/dog showers, takeaway outlets and within walking distance to the camel trail and Padstow as well as just a few minutes drive to the wonderful beaches of the Seven Bays.
The accommodation consists of:
A light and airy open plan lounge, dining area and modern kitchen with comfortable sofas, a fireplace and even a beautiful snug area to while away the afternoon reading a book or just admiring the views.
The modern sleek Kitchen is fully integrated and has every appliance you will need including a dishwasher and there is a dining table and chairs for four guests to enjoy family meals as well as the breakfast bar. A private utility room houses the washer/dryer etc.
The bedrooms are sumptuous and spacious, decorated in peaceful tones with wall mounted smart TV’s in each room and plenty of storage. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite and the second bedroom has two full size single beds.
The family bathroom has a bath/shower and heated towel rails in both bathrooms.
The generous decking has table, chairs and seating with a BBQ. There is also a grassed area with picnic bench and parking for up to 2 cars.
N04 truly is a luxury haven, and being in the perfect location we think you will be perfectly happy to return time and time again.

N04 Piran View is dog-friendly and we request £20.00 charge per dog.
Access – the lodge is located over one floor, however there are four steps leading to the front door.
The parking space dimensions are 2.6m wide and 10.0m long, but we do not allow EVC at our lodge, there are plenty of local facilities for this nearby.
