The location is ideal for those wanting to discover Cornwall with the harbour town of Padstow only 3 miles away and the stunning “seven beaches in seven days” to visit just a few minutes drive away.
There is a cafe/bar on site serving drinks and food and a 5 minute walk will take you to a well stocked shop, children’s play area, tennis courts, a pub and entertainment venue and a secure dog exercise field.
This brand new caravan is beautifully decorated, very spacious and modern with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay including a full size fridge freezer.
There is a dining room table and benches and internet throughout with a large TV in the comfortable lounge area.
A wonderful fully enclosed decking area is great for enjoying a sundowner at the end of the day with outdoor furniture provided for added comfort and enjoyment.
Parking is provided in a private driveway and the caravan is dog friendly.
