‘HH1’ modern 2 bedroom dog-friendly Caravan with decking at Seven Bays Park near Padstow

Welcome to ‘HH1’ a modern, spacious static caravan situated on the family and dog-friendly Seven Bays Park in St Merryn, just a few minutes drive from Padstow and some of the best beaches in Cornwall.

This spacious dog and family friendly caravan has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, double glazing, central heating, WIFI and is sited on a lovely plot on the park overlooking fields towards the Sea with plenty of room outside on the enclosed decking with private parking alongside.

Seven Bays Park is the perfect place to stay for your Holiday. With plenty of playing areas for the children, a great onsite Cafe called Beaches, Laundry facilities, dog walking area, park with Tennis courts, a well stocked shop and entertainment venue – all within walking distance.

Within a few minutes drive is the village of St Merryn and seven of the best beaches in Cornwall making up the infamous Seven Bays for seven days and also the popular harbour town of Padstow.

About the caravan:
The master bedroom is spacious and well equipped with a king size bed, fitted wardrobe, dressing table and a private en-suite bathroom with shower..

The second bedroom has two single beds and a fitted wardrobe.

The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over and white bathroom suite.

The kitchen is open plan and welcoming and is well equipped with everything you will need for your stay and includes a full size fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all crockery, glasses etc…

The lounge is spacious with a large corner sofa, a Smart TV, Netflix, WIFI and feature fire and patio doors leading out onto the lovely enclosed decked area.

The dining area provides a table and four chairs.

Outside there is plenty of room on the enclosed decking with seating provided and lovely views across the countryside with the Sea in the distance. There is also Private Parking next to the caravan. (please note my car will be parked in the drive when you arrive)

Booking terms and conditions:
The caravan is available to book from Sunday to Sunday – However, please get in touch with your dates and if I am able to accommodate you with other check in dates/times I will do my best to help you out.

Check out is 10am and check in is 4pm on your day or arrival.

There is a key box at the caravan and on confirmation of your booking I will provide details of the key box code and also directions to the caravan.

This is a strictly non smoking/vaping caravan and no charging of electrical vehicles is allowed.

We do accept well behaved dogs – please make sure you tell us what breed of dog prior to booking as the park has certain rules that need to be adhered to.

We do not provide bed linen or towels however we do supply duvets and pillows for your stay. *We can provide bed linen on request for an additional payment of £5 per person/per booking please request this when booking.

To make a booking simply enter your details and press the ‘Make an enquiry’ button and I will get back to you asap.

Payment is accepted via bank transfer or online payment and I will always confirm safe receipt of any payment.

Payment is due on or before 8 weeks prior to arrival. If your arrival is within the 8 weeks the full amount will be payable.

Please note that there is a non refundable £100 deposit payable to secure your booking.

There is also an additional refundable £100 security deposit payable – this will be returned after checking the caravan on your departure and is usually returned within 24-48 hours of departure.

I am sorry but there are no refunds/cancellations once your booking is confirmed.

It is strictly prohibited to charge any electric vehicle from the caravan and we ask you to respect everyone around you while staying on the Park, Thank you.
