‘Goldberry leisure home’ modern 2 bedroom dog-friendly caravan at Seven Bays Park, Cornwall

Hello and ‘Welcome’ to our brand new 2023 model family holiday home in the stunning Cornish area of St Merryn.

Our 2 bedroom dog-friendly Atlas Sahara is situated on Seven Bays Park approximately 2 miles from the beautiful beaches of Treyarnon, Porthcothan, Constantine plus many more.

Padstow is a beautiful fishing village a short drive away with an array of Cornish shops, restaurants and places to visit.

Description of the accommodation:
There is a generous Master Bedroom with King size bed and ensuite and a 2nd Bedroom with two full size twin beds.
A Family bathroom with Large shower, Toilet and Sink.
The Open plan fully fitted Kitchen has everything you will need for your holiday including built in Microwave Oven, Gas Oven & Grill and integrated Fridge Freezer.
The open plan Lounge area has a large wrap around comfy seating area, including a pull out double sofa bed. There is a 43 Inch Smart TV pre loaded with Netflix etc. Board Games and Books for indoor days provided. Free Wi-Fi, Gas, water and electric Included.

Outdoors we have a large outdoor secure decking area which has plenty of seating and dining area to enjoy the all day Cornish sunshine.
Storage box with beach toys and chairs and Off road parking for two vehicles.

All bedding is provided, King and Twin beds will be made up with clean linen for your arrival. All you need to bring is your own towels, beach towels and t-towels.

Other Rules
We are situated on a small quiet site, noise after 11pm will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave the site.

5mph speed limit

Dogs must be on a lead at all times, not to be left in caravan.
Please do not allow your dogs on the beds or furniture please bring their own bed with them

Any damages/breakages will be deducted from your damages deposit
We will also deduct a cleaning fee from this if any of the bedding that we provide is soiled or dirty.

No smoking under any circumstances, if upon inspection we feel that smoking has taken place within the caravan we will not refund your damages deposit.
Strictly no charging of any electric vehicles/scooters
