‘Beach Base Lodge’ Modern 2 bed lodge in St Merryn Padstow Cornwall

Beach Base Lodge is our new pet free Cornish holiday lodge. It is a modern and spacious at 20 x 40 feet and finished to a high specification.

There are two bedrooms – one with ensuite, a walk in wardrobe. There are two bathrooms – one with walk in shower the other with a full size bath. There is a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area.

The lounge has two sofas, 4G WiFi (via a MiFi box off the 4G signal), a smart television and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, toaster, hob and fridge/freezer.

The lodge has plenty of other items and utensils that you may need whilst during your stay including bedding, towels, hand soap, clothes hangers, an iron, ironing board, a clothes drier, laundry liquid and conditioner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and cleaning clothes.

Beach Base Lodge has a garden with an outdoor balcony, table and chairs. There is an ramp up to the private entrance.

The lodge is in a quiet part of St. Merryn park within which there is a shop, bar, restaurant, children’s playground and tennis courts.

It is perfectly located for exploring North Cornwall, the magnificent Seven Bays and Padstow all within a few miles. There are plenty of activities to get involved in, check out and enjoy locally including beach games, hiking, surfing, wind surfing, cycling, golf, wine tasting, gastro pubs and restaurants.

Beach base lodge is 10 miles km from Newquay Train Station and 15 miles from Bodmin Parkway. Newquay airport is 11 miles away. The A30 is 10 miles away.

Attractions further afield include the Eden Project 20 miles away, Tintegel 22 miles away, Truro Cathedral 23 miles away and Restormel Castle around 25 miles.
