Congratulations! You have received a booking enquiry!
Seven Bays Holidays has been designed to make everything as easy as possible and this guide will help you.
How to answer a guest's enquiry
You will receive an email notification from Seven Bays Holiday including the following details:
- Guest’s name
- Guest’s email – highlighted
- Dates requested
- Message from guest (optional)
To reply - simply click on the 'highlighted guest's email address' and reply directly to them.
(To clarify – This is a DO NOT REPLY notification system – meaning the guest will not receive your reply if you reply from your inbox or reply to the notification email).
Please remember to always update your calendar so that any other potential bookings do not get missed and your listing stays up to date at all times.

All payments made from guests regarding bookings are handled by you the owner. Seven Bays Holidays takes no active role in this part of the booking.
