Welcome to my stunning modern comfortable self contained 1 bedroom annexe in Trevone, just a few minutes walk to the family and dog-friendly beach and the South West coast path and Padstow is only minutes away by car.
The annexe has a completely separate entrance, free parking and private outdoor courtyard to the rear. There is a fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances, a modern open plan living and dining area with a table and chairs and underfloor heating throughout. The bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of storage and the ensuite bathroom has a large walk in shower and heated towel rail and there is high speed WIFI throughout the property great for streaming or WFH.
There is a private courtyard at the back which catches the morning sunshine and a seating area at the front for evening sunshine.
FYI: The annexe is completely separate but is attached to the main house so some noise may be heard, and we do have 2 dogs who may be heard barking.
The area…
Trevone is a small community blessed with a beautiful sandy beach, a rocky beach great for rock-pooling and a tidal sea pool featured in the Times newspaper as the best tidal pool in the UK! Note dogs are restricted on the sandy beach in Trevone May to September 10am-6pm but allowed on Rocky Beach and around the pool all year. A pub, local shop, beach cafe and stores for wetsuit hire. Trevone makes an excellent base for exploring the rest of the 7 Bays, all beautiful sandy beaches, walking and cycling. Padstow is a 5 minute drive away or a lovely walk along the cliffs, with all its lovely restaurants and harbour. Golf courses at Trevose, Merlin & St Enodoc. Tennis at Wadebridge.
Getting around
Parking is free at the property, a car is recommended to get here and visit other beaches but there is a bus service from the top of the road. The property is close to the south west coast path so great for walking, you can walk into Padstow or cycle and join the Camel Trail.
Other things to note:
1 dog only, £15 charge for stay.

We do not allow charging of electrical vehicles anywhere on the premises.
If extra cleaning is required as a result of the dog being allowed on the furniture etc an additional charge may be made.
Lost keys are charged at £25.00.
Please consider the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
No extra guests.
Charging of electric vehicles/via an extension lead is not allowed. It is a fire risk. There are plenty of charging points locally. Tescos Padstow and Wadebridge and Padstow Service Station all have charging points.
