Lagos is a welcoming family holiday house in Trevone, near Padstow. The house retains it’s original character and is located 50 yards from two beautiful beaches. Family-friendly activities include, The South West Coast Path, The Camel bike trail, water sports & Michelin starred restaurants. You’ll love Lagos because of the spectacular beach front location, breath-taking views of the Atlantic ocean and the relaxed beach house vibe. Lagos is ideal for families, big groups and couples.
On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan kitchen dining room with an open fire. This is the hub of the house where you can cook, relax, listen to music and enjoy the delightful views of the Atlantic Ocean. There are a number of arm chairs and a magnificent dining room table which will comfortably fit your entire party! There is a conservatory with views out to sea, perfect for sun downers! If you wanted to take time out, the TV room is at the back of the house which overlooks the back garden which you can enter through the double doors. There is a small bedroom on this floor with bunk beds. There are wooden floors throughout the property.
The first floor consists of a spacious bedroom with a superking size bed which has incredible sea views – amazing to wake up to!
Next door is a small cozy double room, which also has amazing views of the Atlantic. Across the corridor we have a bedroom with two single beds overlooking the garden. The bathroom has a over-bath shower, sink and WC. There is also a separate WC and sink next door.
On the second floor we have a large attic bedroom with one king size bed (truckle bed)and a single bed.There is another bathroom with an iron roll top bath, sink and WC on this floor.
The pretty back garden is secluded and a wonderful suntrap. There is an outdoor shower with hot water, perfect after surfing or a day on the beach. There is also a barbecue plus an outside toilet.
Lagos has been in our family for over 40 years. It is unique and quirky, with a calm beach house vibe. It has a home from home feel with family at its heart.
