3 Harlyn Digs is our larger loft-style apartment – a spacious, ground-floor, open-plan space designed for easy living a few sandy steps from the bay.

Mid-century touches meet industrial loft details, with a generous kitchen, dining and lounge area that’s made for slow mornings, shared suppers and post-beach debriefs.

The layout is built with families and groups in mind: a primary bedroom with ensuite, a comfortable double bedroom and a bunk room that sleeps four, plus a family bathroom.

You’ll find all the amenities you’d expect – fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, smart TV, washer-dryer and plenty of storage – so it feels more like a home than a holiday let.

3 Harlyn Digs is dog-friendly, with private parking spaces just outside and level, easy access straight into the apartment.

From your door, it’s only a short stroll to the sand, with The Harlyn and Harlyn Supply Co close by for coffee, breakfast, dinner, drinks and bottles to take back to your beach pad.

North Cornwall’s Seven Bays area is one of the UK’s most sought-after stretches of coastline – a string of sandy beaches and coves running between Padstow and Bedruthan, each with its own character. Harlyn Bay sits right at the heart of it: a wide, sheltered, family-friendly beach with soft sand, rock pools and consistent surf, backed by dunes and coastal paths.

From here you’re within easy reach of Trevone, Constantine, Booby’s, Mother Ivey’s, Treyarnon and Porthcothan, making 3 Harlyn Digs a perfect base for exploring the whole Seven Bays area on foot, bike or by car.

The local food scene is a major draw. A short walk up the lane takes you to The Pig at Harlyn Bay, with its kitchen garden cooking and laid-back country house vibe. Just along the coast in Padstow you’ll find a concentration of big-name restaurants and relaxed bistros, including the likes of Paul Ainsworth and Rick Stein, alongside a new generation of independent spots, wine bars and bakeries.

Between Harlyn, Padstow and the surrounding villages, North Cornwall is packed with great places to eat and drink – from beach cafés and fish and chips to serious tasting menus.
