A STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO LOGGING IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT
AND ENTERING YOUR PRICING
This part of a listing is usually the trickiest and most time consuming but hopefully this visual guide makes it easier. To set your prices on your listing it is always a good idea to find some local comparisons, or copy from your existing prices.
Below is how to log in to/edit your listing using a smartphone.
For desktop log in go to ‘Log in’ at the top right corner of the screen.
Scroll down to Price Adjustments to bring up the Custom Price section to edit.

- Log in to your account. Go to My listings. Select Edit property.
- Go to the PRICE section and scroll down to PRICE ADJUSTMENTS – you will see a calendar displayed. THIS IS WHERE YOU SET YOUR PRICING
- Click to select the start and end date that you wish to edit – this brings up a Custom Price box that allows you to enter your prices.
- YOU MUST ENTER THE PRICE PER NIGHT for example: if you have a weekly price of £350 you would enter £50 per night.
- Add your nightly price in the 1st box ‘price per night’ and again in the ‘Price per weekend’ box. (If your weekly/weekend prices are different enter accordingly – for more details see below).
- Minimum nights of booking: If you have a minimum night booking preference set this here.
Click ‘Set price per period‘ to save and that is it!
- When adding your pricing, always enter the price per night and the price for the weekend at the same time as this will auto fill the week, if you leave the day/weekend blank you will need to repeat the task.
- If you have your rental priced at £350 (£50 per night) for several weeks/months you can enter this in one go (rather than entering each week individually) Just select the start and end date and enter accordingly.
- If you need to change/set a new price, simply repeat the process.
- If you click on the wrong date by mistake, click the X top right to cancel and start again.
- You can edit this page at any time.
HOW TO ADD PRICING FOR WEEKENDS
If your holiday rental has a different price per night for weekly and weekends just follow the steps below:
- Follow everything as above until adding your prices…
- If you have a different weekly price and a weekend price you need to enter them separately.
- For the weekly pricing: In the first box (price per night) add the price per night
- For the weekend pricing: In the second box (price per weekend) add the price per night.
- This will auto fill the week but show a different price for weekend on your listing.
FYI: The green is for weekday the brown is for weekend – the guest does not see this, only you the owner.
