At Seven Bays Holidays we are still evolving every day and every time we receive feedback, we try really hard to deliver – and we have just done so yet again!!
We recently had a guest enquiry which was missing their email, so the owner had absolutely no way of replying to them, which in my book was just not acceptable!!
So we have now added a new box to our Guest Enquiry Form which now includes the option to include an email AND a contact number, it’s the little things that make the biggest difference 😉
