Tips for looking after your holiday rental
If you have never owned or looked after a holiday rental before it can seem a little daunting. However, there are some very basic simple rules to follow, we can help you just a few handy tips here…
- keep your rental as clutter free and simple as possible
- Try and employ a local housekeeeper/maintenance person as they can sometimes be helpful in an emergency
- key boxes are great for easy check in/out
- always take the time to make an information booklet/folder for your guests. This saves time and potential problems and makes for a much happier guest and owner
- leave some basics in – we recommend a small selection of cleaning materials, tea, coffee, sugar etc
- always leave details of what to do in an emergency for your guests
- always treat your guests how you would like to be treated
