Template for a confirmed booking/deposit request

A standard confirmed booking/deposit request reply:

Good morning/afternoon Insert guest name

Thank you for confirming that you would like to proceed with your booking, that is wonderful news. I will be happy to accept and here are the details on how to proceed.

To confirm your booking details are:

Insert all booking details for example: Arrival – Saturday 26th July Departure – Saturday 2nd August – Family of 4 plus 2 dogs priced at £895 + £50 security deposit.

Booking terms:

There is a non-refundable deposit payable of £100 with the balance due on/before 8 weeks prior to your arrival: insert date here

If you arrival is within 8 weeks then the full payment is required.

There is also a refundable security deposit payable of £50 which is usually refunded within 24 hours of departure.

I am afraid that there are no refunds or cancellations once your booking has been confirmed.

All payments are accepted via bank transfer, and I always confirm safe receipt of payments made to me for everyone’s peace of mind.
