1 – 2 x listings: You can add 1 to 2 listings with up to 15 images, unlimited descriptive text, pricing facility, availability calendar, iCal,  amenities/features, terms & conditions, option to set other fees/costs etc, location, owner profile/verified,  direct enquiries and payments accepted from guests, featured listing category/dog-friendly  categories, displayed on desktop, mobile and tablet, password protected owner online account, regular presence on social media and SEO with 24 hour access and online support.

1 x social media ‘welcome’ post:  Anyone joining Seven Bays Holidays will have a dedicated ‘welcome’ post featured on social media platforms with a description of your listing and a direct link to enquire/book with you. (due to the nature of the business this is the only time we can offer a single post dedicated solely to one individual, after this post we cannot post again for an individual – each post thereafter is dedicated to advertising the website as a whole, unless you select another package). Seven Bays Holidays maintains a regular/daily routine posting on social media on behalf of everyone on the website.

2 x social media posts: Seven Bays Holidays maintains a regular/daily routine posting on social media on behalf of everyone on the website. The Silver package includes 2 x s/m posts per 12 months. This will consist of an individual post dedicated to advertising your specific holiday rental/local service, with a direct link to enquire/book directly to you. If you select a package with several s/m posts these will be distributed over the 12 months at the discretion of admin.

2 x Featured listings: Everyone who joins Seven Bays Holidays with a holiday rental will be added to the Featured listing category on the homepage, remaining there until other properties join/replaced by newer properties. The minimum time you can appear in this category will be 1 week and with this package you will be added to this category on 2 separate occasions over the 12 months. 

Valid for 12 months: Your listing is valid for 12 months from the day of publishing to the website

Price: £99.00 This is the set package fee payable online direct to admin and is payable on joining/on the day that you are published to the website. The full price is payable online to Seven Bays Holidays. Unfortunately there are no refunds if you decide to cancel before the end of the 12 months – however if you re-join and still have existing months/weeks available this is accepted until the 12 months has been completed.

2. Admin will set up an account for you and send you your log in information to submit your listing.
3. Admin will approve when added and invoice you for your payment of £99.00 via our payment platform. 
4. Once your payment has been accepted, admin will publish your listing and you will appear live on the website for 12 months.
