‘Sunny K03’ in Cornwall Caravan by the seaside on Seven Bays Park near Padstow

Hello and welcome to sunny K03 with a fabulous large enclosed decking area and an additional private garden to enjoy 🙂

Located on the family and dog friendly Seven Bays Holidays Park, just minutes from the seaside in the glorious Seven Bays area in Cornwall. Seven Bays Park is the perfect location as it is just a few minutes drive from the seven gorgeous beaches of the Seven Bays, 2 minutes drive to the village of St Merryn and around 5 minutes drive to the popular town of Padstow.

You are within walking distance from ‘The Venue’ which has regular entertainment, a bar and restaurant and also Beaches which is an onsite bar and restaurant/takeaway (opening times can vary for season). There is a launderette on site and plenty of open spaces and play areas for the children with free tennis courts available at the edge of the park.

Seven Bays Park is a quiet, family orientated park and is perfect if you are looking for a fab location where you can either relax and chill out or explore everything that is on your doorstep…

The caravan is lovely and light and very spacious and offers a traditional open plan living/dining area leading off a well equipped galley kitchen.. There are two very generous bedrooms – The master bedroom is extremely spacious for a caravan and has a double bed, plenty of storage and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom again is larger than most with two single beds and storage.

There is a family bathroom with a double shower enclosure and white suite with storage and a heated towel rail.

The lounge area has a comfortable corner sofa, a dining table and a smart TV with Netfilx etc (you just need to sign in to your account) and WiFi and when the sun is shining I challenge anyone not to have a little snooze in the sunbeams 😉

Outside you have a very large fully enclosed decked area which catches the sun all day with a table and chairs and bench to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening sundowner. There is also a private enclosed garden area too, plus a grassed area and parking for two cars alongside, so loads of outside space to enjoy 🙂

*I am happy to allow a well behaved dog to stay with you, but the park rules apply and also they are not allowed to go in the bedrooms or on the furniture, please get in touch with details of breed and age and I will be happy to provide full details for booking.

Our regular change over day is Saturday but happy to accommodate other dates out of peak weeks, just get in touch and I will be happy to try and help you out.

There is a non refundable £100 deposit to secure your booking and the balance is due on or before 8 weeks prior to arrival which is paid via bank transfer – I always confirm safe receipt of all payments for everyone’s peace of mind. I am sorry but there are no refunds/cancellations once confirmed.
