Guest pre-arrival information email

It is advisable to send every guest a Pre arrival email with plenty of useful information at least a week prior to their arrival. This is a template is only a guide so please adapt to your own personal holiday accommodation and be sure to included all relevant information required for a smooth arrival for your guests.

Directions: Add as much detailed information here to help your guests find your rental – remember they will probably have been driving for a long time so keep it simple and accurate with helpful tips.

Parking: Insert any relevant information

Bedding/towels: Insert for example: We supply all the duvets, pillows and protectors and they are changed/cleaned after every booking. You will need to bring your own bed linen with you and for your reference it is a king size duvet with 4 pillows and the single bed sets have 2 pillows per bed. You will also need to bring your own towels, tea towels etc…

Welcome pack: Insert if you include for example: We provide a small welcome pack of coffee, tea, sugar and milk for your first cuppa after your journey 

Key code: Insert code and location of box if applicable.

Departure time: Insert here

Security deposit: Insert if applicable for example: We will check the property after your departure and as long as everything is all ok we will return your security deposit to you usually within 24 hours

Dogs/pets: Insert any relevant information here

There is an information folder in the property for you to help your stay go smoothly.
