Booking payment confirmation email

Here is a template for confirming a payment for a booking:

For example: Arrival Saturday 26^th July – Departure Saturday 2^nd August – Family of 4 and 2 dogs priced at £895 + £50 security deposit = £945 payable

Your (non-refundable) £100 deposit has been received 13/9/24

Your balance of £845 (inc S/D) will be due on or before the 31^st May 2025 – I will be in touch again shortly before this date with a courtesy reminder for your final payment.

I will also send you some more helpful pre arrival information including directions, key code etc… closer to your holiday but if you have any other questions at all then feel free to come back to me at any time.

Thank you very much for your booking and your dates have now been blocked off on our availability calendar on the listing.
