Here we have the most popular Frequently Asked Questions regarding our advertising packages.

- Browse the packages available for: accommodation or local services, and select the most appropriate for your needs.
- This takes you to our online payment platform website to continue with your purchase.
- Once you have made your selection add to your basket.
- Go to checkout and enter your payment details.
- You will be sent a confirmation notification via email.
The payment platform accepts all credit and debit cards apart from American Express.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer or a cheque we do accept this, so please CONTACT US for further details.
Yes, You are free to cancel at any time. However, if you leave prior to the end of your 12 months there are no refunds issued. Please see our refund policy guidelines next.
Unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds once you have chosen and paid for your advertising package. All packages are valid for 12 months from the day of buying/publishing to the website. If you decide to leave prior to the end of the 12 months we can disable your listing, so if you choose to return before your 12 months have expired we can re enable your listing to remain visible until the end of the 12 months.

Everyone who buys a package to advertise on the website will have the option to tick the box to receive an automated reminder 4 weeks prior to their package running out. If you do not renew your package before it expires, it will be removed from the website automatically.
Yes. If you would like to purchase more than one package you can select this and pay at checkout, to confirm;
Local advertising: If you have a local service advert and you would like to duplicate and enter into more than one category you would purchase enough packages to allow for this.
Property listing: If you have a property listing and a local advertising package you would purchase accordingly.

We advertise our camping, caravan/holiday parks and hotels a little differently at Seven Bays Holidays as we have to add them from our end, not you the owner.
These fall into the accommodation listing category and you can select from either of the four packages available.
