Welcome to our luxury caravan 310 which is situated in the much sought after Ocean View area of the park. With easy, direct access to Cellars Beach, Boat Bay and Harlyn Bay and Mother Ivye’s Bay. Our luxury caravan has wrap around decking, double glazing and central heating throughout for your comfort.
It has a spacious lounge with a corner sofa with a pull out bed and dining area. The caravan has an in-built Bluetooth audio sound system which connects to your phone for your playlist, a TV and DVD player, a selection of books, games and DVD’s. It also has an electric fire and patio doors out to the decking with those breath taking views from your sofa!
A well equipped large kitchen area with built in microwave and full size fridge freezer, large cooker, large dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster and kettle.
It has two bedrooms and (sleeps up to six people). The main bedroom having a king size bed with plenty of storage and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has 2 standard size single beds and a single wardrobe. There is a separate spacious family bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
The caravan has generous storage throughout and is very comfortable and modern.
The outdoor area is equally well maintained and clean. It has the added benefit of being a hedge row pitch with panoramic ocean and beach views with a fenced decking area. There is a charcoal BBQ, and garden table and 4 chairs.
Location and park information:
Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Entertainment outside of the park can be found on the many nearby sandy beaches, as well as surfers, swimmers and walkers paradise – all within walking distance of the park.
Harlyn Bay has beach cafes serving fantastic food and drink, a surf school, offering lessons in surfing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Trevose Golf Club is a 4 minute drive from the park. Padstow (3miles), Newquay (13miles) and 30 minutes from the famous Eden project. There is a lovely selection of very nice and trendy restaurants, Fish and Chip Shop, Chinese Takeaway, a Country Pub, Cornwall’s finest bakery, Coffee Shop, Grocery store and Petrol station in St Merryn. All within a 5 minute drive.
If you want to arrange a food delivery to the caravan on the day of arrival, there is local supermarket who will deliver to the caravan. All you need to do is type in the site postcode and the caravan number. Please check the supermarket website to ensure there are available delivery slots ahead of time.
Harlyn Sands is a family owned park, offering a wide range of indoor and outdoor entertainment, including a large family fun pool with waterslide, Children’s play park, Football area, Club House, Restaurant, Shop, Pub Club, Amusements, Indoor Pool, Laundrette, Takeaway, Kids Club – some facilities are only available within season so please check with Harlyn Sands Holiday Park first with what is available.
Booking T’s & C’s:
We supply all duvets and pillows for your stay, you just need to bring your own covers/pillowcases, towels. We do provide hand soaps and washing up liquid and bathroom mats.
Strictly no smoking/vaping or charging of electrical vehicles in the caravan thank you.

Our regular change over day is Saturday, but happy to accommodate other dates out of peak weeks, just get in touch and we will help if we can and there is a minimum 3 night stay. We kindly ask that you leave the caravan in the same standard you found it.
There is a non refundable £100 deposit to secure your booking and the balance is due on, or before 8 weeks prior to arrival. I am sorry but there are no refunds/cancellations once confirmed.
