Situated in a quiet area of a private garden is this brand new pet free Shepherds hut just an 8 minute walk from the coast path and the beautiful surfing beach of Trevone. A 7 minute drive from the fabulous town of Padstow with its array of amazing restaurants.
Our little piece of heaven is perfect for a relaxing getaway from it all holiday or short break. Equipped with its own shower room and toilet, small kitchen with full size fridge and beautiful glass roof over the bed, our shepherds hut will not disappoint.
The space
With a lovely outdoor patio with chiminea/bbq plus a raised decking area with an outdoor corner sofa, this is the perfect place to star gaze or listen to the sound of the waves crashing onto the rocks . The glass roof over the bed is perfect for those starry nights whilst also letting in lovely, natural daylight in the morning. However, if the natural daylight is not for you then it may be advisable to bring an eye mask.
The Shepherds hut has Wifi , TV and Levazza coffee machine and has a super comfy hypnos mattress and if you fancy a gentle stroll, Trevone beach and cafe are just a short walk along the coast path or down the main road through the village where sundowners are served whilst watching the most beautiful sunsets and listening to some live music. There is also a local pub called the Well Parc within a 5 minute walk which sells the best pizzas and amazing fish and chips.
The area in which the hut is situated has a few steps so may not be suitable for a wheelchair.

Tea, coffee, coffee pods, sugar and milk will be provided for guests on arrival but further groceries can be pre-ordered from our lovely farm shop in Trevone which sells fresh bread, croissants, everyday groceries, meat, newspapers and beautiful gifts.
From Trevone you are able to walk to Harlyn, another fabulous surfing beach or you can walk the coast path via Stepper Point to Padstow, with absolutely stunning views at every turn. I have lived in Trevone for over 30 years so can give any advice to guests who wish to get out and about or just wish to stay local.
Getting around
There is a bus stop in Trevone and the timetable varies with intermittent buses taking you to Padstow, Newquay, Wadebridge and Bodmin. We are a 7 minute drive from the camel trail where you can hire bikes and cycle to Bodmin via Wadebridge and 7 minute walk from the coast path, famous for its stunning walks and amazing views.
Your booking can be made directly via the website and payment is accepted via bank transfer.
A deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance payment is due with 6-8 weeks prior to arrival.

I originate from Manchester and moved to Trevone when i was 16 where i met my husband, Mark and we have now been married 33 years. We have 2 children , Louise aged 25 and Roan aged 22. I have been a travel agent for over 30 years and love travelling and seeing the World. During the pandemic, when travel took a nose dive i purchased my shepherds hut and this will be the 3rd Summer it has been rented out with great reviews. In between selling holidays and doing changeovers, i love going to the gym and love watching crime documentaries on TV.
