Welcome to ‘Sands’ – A beautiful 3 bedroom family friendly caravan, tucked away and sitting in its very own corner plot with wrap around decking and a private garden backing onto open fields.
IMPORTANT: I am currently in the process of making a few cosmetic changes to Sands as I have just purchased, so please bare with me and I will upload new photos and details as soon as I have everything finished, which should be by mid October – thank you for your understanding 🙂
Situated on the family friendly Seven Bays Park in St Merryn, just a few minutes drive from Padstow and some of the best beaches in Cornwall making this the perfect place to stay for your Holiday. With plenty of playing areas for the children, a great onsite Cafe called Beaches, Laundry facilities, play park with Tennis courts, a well stocked shop and entertainment venue all within a few minutes walking distance.
Around a 5 minute drive away are some of the best beaches in Cornwall making up the infamous ‘Seven Bays for seven days’ and also the popular harbour town of Padstow.
About ‘Sands’:
There are 3 bedrooms – 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single bedroom – 2 bathrooms, a large open living room, WiFi, a very well equipped kitchen, Parking, decking and private garden.
The master bedroom is at the rear with a double bed, fitted wardrobe, dressing table, wall mounted TV, window with views to the rear and a private en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobe and lovely views over the garden to the side.
The third bedroom has a single bed, storage and views over the garden to the side.
The family bathroom is light and roomy with a good sized double shower enclosure, heated towel rail and bathroom suite.
The kitchen is welcoming and is very well equipped with everything you will need for your stay including a dishwasher, full size fridge freezer, gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and all crockery, glasses etc… there is also a table and chairs for your meals together or a family boardgame.
The lounge is spacious and light with a large corner sofa, a Smart TV, WIFI and a gas fire – on a sunny afternoon I challenge anyone not to have a little snooze on the sofa 😉
Outside: ‘Sands’ is on a wonderful plot with a spacious enclosed decked area with seating and its very own garden to the side backing onto fields. Plenty of space for the children to play on the grass with a picnic table and seating provided.
There is also a washing machine in the shed for your personal use during your stay with a rotary washing line.
Private Parking is in the driveway in front of the caravan for one vehicle – there is additional parking just behind – I can provide further details if required.

IMPORTANT NOTES: I AM CURRENTLY IN THE PROCESS OF MAKING A FEW COSMETIC CHANGES TO THE CARAVAN AS I HAVE ONLY JUST PURCHASED, SO PLEASE BARE WITH ME AND I WILL UPLOAD MORE PHOTOS AND DETAILS AS I HAVE THEM, THESE SHOULD BE READY BY THE END OF SEPTEMBER – thank you for your understanding 🙂
Booking terms and conditions:
The caravan is available to book from Saturday to Saturday. Please get in touch with your dates and if I am able to accommodate you with other check in dates/times I will do my best to help you out. (min 3 night bookings out of peak season only)
Check out is 10am and check in is 4pm on your day or arrival – If the caravan is ready before 4pm, you are welcome to go in early 🙂
This is a 3 bedroom caravan and we can accommodate up to 5 guests with plenty of room for a travel cot for a baby/toddler.
This is a strictly non smoking/vaping caravan.
We provide all bed linen for your stay however we do not supply towels, so please remember to pack these with you 😉
To make a booking simply enter your details and press the ‘Make an enquiry’ button and I will get back to you asap.
There is a non refundable deposit of £100 payable to secure your booking and the balance will be required within 8 weeks of your arrival.
Payment is accepted via bank transfer and I will always confirm safe receipt of any payment. I am sorry but there are no refunds/cancellations once confirmed.
There is also an additional refundable £50 security deposit payable – this will be returned after checking the caravan on your departure and is usually returned within 24 hours of departure.
It is strictly prohibited to charge any electric vehicle from the caravan.
