Rockpool is a bright, comfortable, modern and welcoming three bedroom property less than 200 metres walk from Harlyn Bay beach. A family friendly, all year round dog-friendly beach that is just a stones throw from the seaside village of St Merryn and at the heart of the area known affectionately as The Seven Bays. Number 6 Rockpool is a real home from home, very well equipped and recently refurbished making it the perfect base for exploring this stunning part of Cornwall.
The spacious, light and airy lounge has new, comfortable sofas and a smart TV with free WIFI throughout the property. Leading into the newly fitted modern kitchen diner with all the necessary appliances to help make your stay more enjoyable including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a good sized table and chairs to enjoy family meals which is lovely and sunny as it opens up into the very relaxing and welcoming sun trap conservatory.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom with bunk room (the bunk room is only suitable for children) all rooms have plenty of storage options and are panel heating which is included in your stay. There is a brand new fully tiled bathroom with an over the bath shower and heated towel rail.
To the rear of the property there is a lawned area with picnic table and BBQ facilities and all enclosed at the lower level making it very appealing to families and holiday makers wishing to bring their dog on holiday with them.
Parking is in a shared area where 2 cars can be accommodated with considerate parking.
We are dog-friendly and we can accept one well behaved dog. If you wish to bring more than one dog please get in touch to see if we can accommodate this request prior to booking, there may be a small additional charge for more than one dog.

We are usually a Saturday changeover day, but please do not hesitate to get in touch to see if we can help you out with shorter stays, if we can help you we will.
There is a strictly non refundable deposit payable to secure your booking and your balance will be due on or before 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If you arrival is within the 8 weeks then the full balance will be payable. I am afraid we are not able to offer any refunds or cancellations to your booking once your deposit has been paid and your booking confirmed.

All payments are made directly to us the owners or Rockpool and full terms and conditions are available on request.
Payment is required on or before 8 weeks prior to your arrival and if you holiday is within the 8 weeks the full balance is required.
