About Padstow View
We are a ‘pop up’ campsite and are only open for the school holidays in July and August. Simply pitch up wherever you choose at this beautiful spacious site near the stunning fishing port of Padstow.
Offering 50 spacious grass pitches, with all you need for your Cornish camping experience. Padstow View Campsite is within a few minutes’ drive of Padstow and 20 minutes from Newquay.
This friendly site welcomes dogs and families and you’ll have a tough time choosing between Cornish ice cream and fish and chips when you touch down at Padstow View Campsite in Cornwall.
Join our peaceful farm site with stunning estuary views… and a gateway to sandy beaches, harbour towns and the Cornish countryside.
Start your mornings with freshly brewed coffee from The Little Green Wagon that parks up at the site. Stocked up with lots of goodies too, why not treat yourself?
If you’re feeling active, you could opt to hire a bike and ride the 18 mile Camel Trail through the Cornish countryside.
On site we have;
40 x Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches
Grass pitches without electric, measuring up to 7m x 7m. Suitable for campervans and motorhomes.
and 10 x Non Electric Grass Touring Pitches
Grass pitches without electric, measuring up to 7m x 7m. Suitable for tents and trailer tents only.
Max 6 people for each pitch.
Our facilities:
The showers on our campsite will help rinse away any sand picked up when you have visited the seven bays within 10 minutes’ drive from us – including Trevone Bay, Constantine Bay, Porthcothan Bay, Treyarnon Bay, Booby’s Bay, Mother Ivy’s Bay and Harlyn Bay.
There are toilets and a washing-up area on site for guests’ use.
Phone charging lockers are available for powering your gadgets, as well as WiFi available throughout the site and good 4g signal.
There are plugs on hand for small appliances like hairdryers. There is also ice pack freezing available.
Barbecues and campfires are allowed as long as they are raised from the ground. and if you’re still hungry from all the day’s activities, there’s a shop within a five-minute drive. Handily, there are also several pubs and restaurants (including a dog-friendly pick) within a five-minute drive and a handy bus stop just outside the park.

Please note: The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
No hen/stag parties permitted.
At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
Padstow View is open from 20/07 to 25/08.

My name is Judith and I am the proud custodian of Trevio Farmhouse and also Padstow View Campsite in Cornwall. “If you want somewhere to relax in peace and quiet this is the place for you”. The views from the farmhouse are breath taking, the house has been renovated to a 5 star standard and equipped to a very high quality, we have been letting this property for 13 years.
