Welcome to our family friendly caravan A33 located on the well located Seven Bays Holidays Park, just minutes from the seaside in the glorious Seven Bays in Cornwall.
The caravan is lovely and light and spacious with everything supplied for your perfect family holiday in Cornwall. Seven Bays Park is in the perfect location as it is just a few minutes drive from the seven gorgeous beaches of the Seven Bays, 2 minutes drive to the village of St Merryn and around 5 minutes to the popular town of Padstow. You are also walking distance from The Venue which has regular entertainment, a bar and restaurant and also Beaches which is an onsite bar and restaurant/takeaway. There is a launderette and plenty of open spaces and play areas for the children with a dog walking field available at the edge of the park.
There are two bedrooms – The master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of storage, TV and ensuite WC, the second bedroom has two single beds, storage and a TV.
There are two bathrooms – one ensuite to the master bedroom and one family bathroom with a double shower enclosure.
There is a well fitted roomy kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster etc and all the necessary pots and pans with a large comfortable corner sofa (with sofa bed) in the living area and smart TV with central heating and Wifi throughout.
Outside you have a fully enclosed decked area with seating and table and chairs which is perfect for enjoying a sundowner at the end of the day and there is private parking for two cars alongside.
We accommodate 4 guests in two bedrooms, but there is a sofa bed in the lounge – please get in touch if you are a group larger than 4 people.
We accept 1 well behaved dog by prior arrangement but they are not allowed to go on the furniture or in the bedrooms and park rules apply.

Our regular change over day is Saturday but happy to accommodate other dates out of peak weeks, just get in touch and we will help if we can.
There is a non refundable £100 deposit to secure your booking and the balance is due on or before 8 weeks prior to arrival. I am sorry but there are no refunds/cancellations once confirmed.

Hello, I live and work in beautiful St Merryn near Padstow in Cornwall and I love everything that this area has to offer. I manage several holiday rentals – including my own – and also several local changeovers. I also own and run the Seven Bays Holidays website, so not much spare time!! I have a strong background in hospitality, property development and holiday rental management and I love good food, good wine, open fires, swimming, walking, running, cats, art, music, being creative, sharing time with my family, Lanzarote, being close to the sea and mother nature.
