‘K09’ has two bedrooms, a lovely spacious interior with a wonderful enclosed decking area with seating and also a separate garden area with a brick built BBQ for your enjoyment with Private parking alongside.
Bedroom one is lovely and roomy with a king size bed, en suite, plenty of storage and a smart TV.
The second bedroom two single beds that can be pushed together to make one double bed if required, Smart tv with DVD player.
Good sized family Shower room with toilet and basin.
A well equipped Kitchen with dining table, gas hob and oven microwave, and integrated fridge freezer.
The sitting room has freestanding furniture and a large Smart TV with French doors leading onto pvc decking and walk way all with pvc railings gated at the end making it safe for children .
A lovely enclosed grassed area beyond the decking space with a brick built BBQ is also provided for your enjoyment.
Private parking space next to the caravan.
No linen supplied, however all pillows quilts and protectors are provided.
